Accuracy of Information

- You will promptly update Online Land Market LLC if any information changes
- You authorize Online Land Market LLC to verify any provided information
- Any misrepresentation may result in immediate removal from our platform
Release of Liability

You agree to release Online Land Market LLC from any claims arising from:
- Your failure to perform proper due diligence
- Misrepresentation of property details
- Issues discovered after submission
- Market conditions affecting property value or saleability
Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Online Land Market LLC against any claims, damages, or losses resulting from:
- Inaccurate property information
- Undisclosed property issues
- Legal challenges to property ownership or right to sell
- Violations of local, state, or federal laws
Data Privacy and Protection

By submitting your information, you understand and agree that:
