The land deal submission fee is a one-time, non-refundable payment

You have performed all necessary due diligence on the property
You have verified that the lot is legally sellable
You possess legal authority to market and sell the property
All property information provided is accurate and current
The property has no undisclosed liens or encumbrances
The property complies with all applicable local zoning laws and regulations

Submission Process

Online Land Market LLC reserves the right to reject any submission that does not meet our quality standards
Submission does not guarantee listing or marketing of your property
Online Land Market LLC may request additional documentation to verify property details

Accuracy of Information

All submitted information is true and accurate
You will promptly update Online Land Market LLC if any information changes
You authorize Online Land Market LLC to verify any provided information
Any misrepresentation may result in immediate removal from our platform

Release of Liability

You agree to release Online Land Market LLC from any claims arising from:

Your failure to perform proper due diligence
Misrepresentation of property details
Issues discovered after submission
Market conditions affecting property value or saleability

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Online Land Market LLC against any claims, damages, or losses resulting from:

Inaccurate property information
Undisclosed property issues
Legal challenges to property ownership or right to sell
Violations of local, state, or federal laws
