The Company
Built because the old playbook stopped working.
Around 2021, the land investing space changed fast. The strategies that worked — mass mail, wide-net marketing, solo operators running everything — started producing diminishing returns as competition caught up. Most coaches kept selling the old playbook.
Robin rebuilt the model from scratch instead. That rebuilt model is what Autopilot partners get today: a complete operating system installed inside your LLC, run by a team that's still closing deals themselves.

The Founder
Robin Seib
Robin came to land investing from an unlikely place: professional basketball in Germany. After his playing career ended, he moved into the corporate world — and eventually found land investing as a way to build real income without trading hours for dollars.
He didn't stop. 1,400+ deals closed, $30M+ deployed, 30,000+ comps run. Still an active operator today — his personal portfolio runs alongside every partner install.
When the 2021 strategies started breaking down, he rebuilt the model from scratch instead of selling the old way. That rebuilt model is what Autopilot partners get today.

Our Model
Partnership, not coaching.
When you pay a coach, you get information. When you partner with us, you get an operating system running inside your LLC. We don't teach you how to run comps — we run your comps. We don't train you on dispo — we manage your dispo.
You do one thing: talk to motivated sellers and approve deals. Everything else is handled by people who've done this 1,400 times.
