The Land Pilot provides a platform to help land investors streamline land sales, including done-for-you disposition services, access to the Land Pilot portal, and ongoing support from experienced operators.

You agree to provide accurate information, avoid unlawful or prohibited use of the Site, and respect the intellectual property rights of The Land Pilot and third parties.
4. Subscription Plans
Plans may include Free Level access, Deal Evaluation Mastery ($149/month), Advanced Comps Package ($199/month), and 6-Figures Deal Accelerator ($699/month), with feature sets and benefits varying by tier.
5. Payment and Refunds
Subscription fees are billed monthly. Payments are non-refundable. If you cancel, service continues through the current billing cycle.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Land Pilot does not guarantee property sales within any specific timeline and is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of, or inability to use, the services.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or services, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to users, us, or third parties.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant updates may be posted on the Site or sent by email. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
